Oleksandra Golovko is a sparkling enthusiast who will jump over the hurdles on the way to her idea goal. She is an activist and sincerely believes in advantages of multilingualism and open-mindedness. For this reason, she particularly enjoys it if her work is connected with languages and language teaching, ethnic and linguistic tolerance, critical thinking development, media literacy. Besides coordinating and facilitating, she often participates in social and academic projects.
She is a skilled trainer and facilitator who constantly works to improve herself and stimulates herself and others to expand their horizons and step outside their comfort zone. She is also a PhD holder (English Language) and translator who is in love with languages and cultures. Oleksandra actively travels on social and academic exchange programmes and conferences. She also works as an Associate Professor at Zaporizhzhia National University.
Katerina Sirinyok-Dolgaryova has over 10 years of experience in Journalism and Media Studies. She is a media expert and media trainer in the fields of Media Literacy, Media and Research Management. Has intensive international experience both studying and working abroad as a fellow of the U.S. Department of State and IREX funded programs: Eurasian Undergraduate Exchange Program, UGRAD (Graceland University), Fulbright Faculty Development Program (Southern Illinois University), and University Administration Support Program (Utah State University).
Katerina’s journalism background includes work as a staff writer for GU’s newspaper Tower, as a journalist in Ukrainian English-language national newspapers Day and Kyiv Post, as an interpreter and a teacher of English. She has broad experience in grant writing and management for projects funded by international donors – U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, IREX, British Council, and International Renaissance Foundation. She holds a PhD degree in Social Communications from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Now she also obtains a position of Associate Professor, Vice Dean in International Affairs of Journalism Department of Zaporizhzhia National University.
Svitlana Zapolskykh is Doctor of Philosophy, Associate professor at Zaporizhzhia National University majoring in Translatology, Cultural Studies, Comparative Linguistics and Teaching Methodology.
Teaches English, Translation Theory and Practice (historical, theoretical and methodological issues), Cultural aspects of Translation Studies. Translator of TED Open Translation Project (2017-present).
